Candler and I met years ago when I photographed her best friend's wedding where she was a bridesmaid, so I was thrilled when she reached out about her own wedding. She and her fiancé Shields live in Scottsdale, so I flew to Arizona to document this chapter of their lives in the desert. With a color palette of warm pinks and muted greens, and surrounded by mountains and cactus, it was a stunning setting.
